Warranty Policy

🛠️ Warranty Coverage

Duration: All Chuwi products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of receipt.

Scope: The warranty includes free repair services for manufacturing defects during this period.

Additional Coverage: We also provide a 2-year warranty for the charger, adapter, and battery supplied with Chuwi products. These accessories are covered under the same conditions as the main device.

Service Centers: To avail warranty service, you need to send the device to Chuwi's service centers in Hong Kong or Spain, bearing the shipping costs. Chuwi will repair the device and return it to you without any additional shipping charges.

🚫 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors like fire or floods.
  • Damage resulting from improper packaging during return shipping.
  • Products with tampered or altered serial numbers or labels.
  • Damage due to operating the product outside the permitted uses or with improper voltage.
